    day one of my 2nd yr of weight loss.. i have been eating well so far. exersised today. didnt realize my thighs would hurt so bad. it feels like i have never exersised ever before.. i know its been a few months buttt jeeeezzzz.... just remember its going to be hard but if it doesnt hurt its not working.

    I love poached eggs. I've found that two eggs with 1 oz of cheddar cheese and a teaspoon of tabasco is a very satisfying breakfast for me. I never know what time I'm going to get to eat lunch so i like to make sure that my breakfast is going to stick with me.
