  • If I get lots of fiber I find that I am rarely hungry. I also find that when I get plenty of protein I feel more satisfied. Eating "fast" carbs like refined grains and sugars do the opposite to me. If I avoid my "trigger" foods I can usually keep the binge monster at bay.
