This is Level 1 of 30 Day Shred, as best as I could approximate. The Butt Kick Jumps are not jumps, they're running in place but kicking your legs up to your butt (couldn't find the exercise), and the boxing is for '2 minutes' but really it's only a minute and a half of boxing in the routine. Keep track of your reps for everything but boxing.

    Well i got over my pitty trip and i found the exersize video i use to do called walk off the pounds 1 mile walk and i started that today was my first time and i figured i could do it twice a day and on every other day i can go to the gym to use there exersize ball for some crunches lets see how i do.
