  • WOW!! I got in 2hrs. of hard core housework this morning. Whew! Changed things around in my frontrm. so I could put my Recumbent Bike over by the couch so I could ride and not be in my husband's way of watching TV. May even get him to ride now and then. Ate a little better today, don't feel like bingeing.

    Thanks for all the responses! I read somewhere you need 1g for every kg you weigh. Amazing how many different calculations there are. I haven't tried very many smoothies..maybe that's the way to go :)
