 I enjoy cardio & group exercise - I'm not an independent weight machine user or treadmill walker.  I want to feel young, alive and vital again; rather than old, tired, and in pain. I also want to fit comfortably into more of my clothes and be more beautiful and sexy. I want this not just for myself, but my family, friends, future, and pocketbook. The more I can wear of what I own, the less I need to shop. LOL

    I work out at Curves 5 days a week, but run and swim every other day. Do dumbbells at home and Zumba once a week. Really challenging myself with the running right now to get faster and have more endurance.
