    I just did it..i joined a gym today..my goal is to get a few workouts in a week at lunch..weights mainly and continue to do some cardio a few days in the morning at home..we will see how it goes..but i am optimistic..

  • Abs are hard to train because it takes alot of hard work to see results. When you get to 5 sets of 100 reps after every workout you will have abs of steal. 100 side crunches on both side 100 bicycle 100 leg raises and 100 situps.
