I have used this workout customized with a diet plan to get insane results in a quick amount of time. You need about 50 minutes in the morning and 50 minutes in the evening, focusing on cardio and abs in the AM and strength training in the PM. It is a lot to ask and demands strict adherence but I promise that nothing will cut lbs faster or more effectively. I am not genetically fit in the least and have always struggled to maintain weight.   • Today, after I dropped the kids off at school and daycare I went and walked on the treadmill for 32 minutes that includes a cool down.  I didn't think I would survive not because it was hard but because walking on the treadmill is like walking the same line over and over again.  Before I knew it I had completed my 30 minutes and am excited to do it again tomorrow.

    Thanks for the ideas. I think I am going to have figure it out after the surgery. I did some research and recovery times differ for everyone; as they should. I will start off with some light walking on the treadmill and stair stepper. Next, I will start running and try some light weights. Finally, I should be back into my regular workout hopefully sooner than later. I am hoping within 6 week...
