  • How in the world I injured my heel doing just 10 minutes of aerobics on a thickly padded carpet, I don't know. All I can figure is I went gung-ho without wearing arch supports. Anywho, to me 30 minutes of cardio is heroic and I love your idea of hopping on the low-impact machine for short bursts of cardio. That sounds super smart to me.
