    I went to the gym for the first time last night.  I was pretty scared.  I have never been to the gym before and found it intimidating at first.  I am a pretty big girl and knew that it would be a challenge.  It was.   I tried a few of the cardio machines and didn't do any strength training.  Durning my next workout I will be trying the strength machines too....
