  • Well...still struggling with what and how much to eat...but I feel okay so I am going to add some exercise.  Since the weather dropped below 102 due to a monsoon, I walked a mile yesterday and a mile and a alf this evening.  Hope to keep it up but it's a bad season in AZ to be outside.

    Thanks for your support! My daughter and I wen to the local Jr High and jogged a mile. I have in the past couple weeks don i ithout stopping, but tonight I stopped to help her by walking about a 1/4 of a lap. She said her knee hurt, but I think it was too hard and it was her way of letting herself fail. I peptalked her way, jogging around the last lap and a half and we both finished in 14 minutes....
