  • So far I've made it through one day.  Needed to get in more physical activity.  That may be my weakest point.  I've ALWAYS hated exercise. I can tolerate some walking and using dumbells for upper body but that's it.  I hate sweating!!!

To go further, I think you have to change the pattern of either your diet or exercise routine.
