  • Tracking what you eat is a one step process. For some reason, tracking workouts is a two step process. Maybe 3 if you use all the steps. I skip the first part and just enter what I did in "My Exercises" under "Actual". Once you've made this entry you have to first "Save and Update" and then you get a blue "SUBMIT" button. Click on this and your workout is saved.
