  • I'm going to join the gym today being that now my Dox have (lifted) all restriction on my activites. Can't "weight" too get into it fully and be back to a full 100%! Weightlifting and cardio is the way to go for me being that I've 2 new lungs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
