    keep fiber HIGH & Refined (white sugar, enriched flour) carbs LOW to NONE
    Drink LOTS of WATER - eliminate other beverages as much as possible
    Use the "My Progress" page and keep a daily calorie deficit but DON'T STARVE YOURSELF... never more than 800 calorie deficit... and no more than a 500 calorie deficit for more than 7 straight days.
