    Donnasim..Hi...you are clearly not doing the exercises correctly or you are using weights that are too heavy.I am a personal trainer and fitness expert and while muscle stiffness is to be expected sometimes pain is not a good sign.You need to warm up and you need to cool down and stretch after all routines.What are you doing exactly?
