    ok so my dad bought the insanity program and i added the rocking body program on to it... i love it!!! It challenges every muscle to the core, and im already seeing results on the fourth day 3 pounds... my energy level has spiked and i feel like i can push my self a little harder in other things... plus it since its hard work i find my self making better health decisions cause i dont want it...
