Mainly, this is a 3 mile walk, that includes a 0.2 high incline, and 25-30 sit ups a day. The main goal here is a healthy everyday excercise that builds back muscle slowly and burns fat. I wasnt looking to turn myself into a size 2 bikini model, I am just preparing my body for pregnancy.  All in all, about 1hour15min of good quality excercise without overexcerting yourself.
