This was the plan given to me by my personal trainer at LA Fitness. I am looking to loose about 35 lbs and tone. He told me to do a 5 min cardio warm-up, do my strength training for the day and then do the cardio and finish with a few stretches.

  • Today I just came back from my 4 mile walk. I was not as excited as I was yesterday to complete the 4 miles. Today I added a little jogging. I thought when I woke up this morning I'd be sore. Wrong I felt just fine. I'm begging to think walking 4 per day is just simply not enough. This evening I may try to do two miles. Ill keep you posted.

    I have the same cravings, and the same insomnia!

    One thing that's 'saved me', is on my workout days, I'll have a protein shake (flavoured vanilla whey and skim milk) after the workout. I typically workout after dinner, so this lifesaving (lol) delicious drink helps curb my appetite ...most times.
