    Didn't start working out till around midnight.  Got around 20 minutes of cardio in using the stationary bike.  Didn't do supersets, but got at least 2 excercises of my shoulders, triceps, and biceps.  Overall a pretty good workout.

  • Not sure why you are afraid to add muscle. More muscle makes your metabolism higher and you'll need that muscle for strength in any event, once you get in to the Air Force. Best of luck meeting your targets!
