The side leg lifts are a series of individual leg lifts to the front, to the ee and to the rear. You'll have to add another 12 sets because I only put enough in for 1 leg. I don't do all of these exercises consecutively, I do the walk first in the morning, around lunch I do the salsa dancing and in the evening I do all of the core and leg toning. The wave of up and down is good for the body and causes you to burn more fat than if you were to do all of your exercises over a 2 hour span consecutivesly.

Squats and Deadlifts - 2 warm up sets of 8 and 4 reps increasing weight. Three sets of increasing weight up to 95% RPE, then remove 20% for two sets of 6 reps. 

 

Standing Barbell Press and Bench - Warm up Set and 2 sets of 8 and one set of 6 at maxiumum possible weight.

 

All auxillary workouts should be 4 sets between 20 and 32 total reps.

here's my workout. i'm a hard core 13 year old. i also do a sport 3-5 times a week and xtra strength training sometimes with a friend. :)

  • Today, after I dropped the kids off at school and daycare I went and walked on the treadmill for 32 minutes that includes a cool down.  I didn't think I would survive not because it was hard but because walking on the treadmill is like walking the same line over and over again.  Before I knew it I had completed my 30 minutes and am excited to do it again tomorrow.
