Hurt my knee walking a rated slope.  Bought a new pedometer to count my steps.  Need to slow down to heal and slowly build back up  to walk 3 km.

Use a pedometer to count daily steps.
Try to do a solid 1 hour a day of housework.

Work back up to a 3 km daily walk.  (Hurt my knee walking a new course that has a rated slope - suppose to baby it for 2 weeks to 1 month so it can heal)
