    My first day wasnt too bad. This morning I got up took my daughter to school, then walked 3 miles this morning. Lunch I ate a cheese burger. Then this evening I walked 2 miles. So I walked a total of 5 miles today. I ate 1 small taco for supper.  Hope tomorrow is as good as today :)

  • I'd have to say it is one of my favorite go to foods when in a hurry...and I can eat it straight out of the jar at times, but I've tried not to of late.

    I like a spoonful in my old-fashioned oatmeal to change up the flavors a bit. It's good in smoothies, on your favorite bread or grain product (rice cakes, multigrain crackers, tortillas, flatbreads, etc.) I tend to like it with banana...
