  • I have started a new exercise plan called resistance bands. Right now there are eight exercises and I will add more. For those of you in Rehab, the bands are very inexpensive and the exercises are generally easy to do in a bed or chair. I did each exercise tonight for 10 minutes  and burned off over 600 calories.
