  • As mentined above you might have just hit a plateu, especially if you are eating the same things and doing the same exercises for a while. Try changing up your routine. Throw in some resistance/weight training.

    Try some interval training on the machine you use now... meaning every 3 minutes (or so) increase the resistance or speed for 30 seconds. Then go back to you normal pace.
