    Thats a tricky question and really no right answer. You have to find what works for you and and what point are you satisfied with your own progress. It kind of a trial and error process and finding what works for you. Dont change your diet completely but eat the way you have and reward yourself when you want. Cut back some on your workout but dont quit ... you might add in strength training since ...
