  • Not cool...I went to the Dr today because the pain is CRAZY...it hurts huge!! she gave me a script for an anti inflam for 14 days...apparently she thinks it's a pulled muscle and not a pinched nerve...she said if the pain doesn't subside with the meds...then it MAY be a nerve, but she thinks I just over exercised yesterday. WHAAAAAAAAAAA  :(

  • I am very active 70 year old. Fitclick gives me a range of 1210 to 1310 per day calories. I exercise 4 timed a week two of the days are TOTAL BODY 1 HOUR WORK OUTS. I burn between 410 to 450 calories. Does anyone advise I increase my calories for that day. I loose VERY SLOW. My calorie count on Sat. and Sun. are around 1500 to 2000.
    Any advice ?
