    Oh yea it's a good work out! You could use it with going to the gym but I wouldn't. It gives you a schedule of what videos to do what days. I don't like yoga so on the day they do yoga I get on the treadmill and run. I figure it's still cardio. As I'm sure you know, just make sure if you do it to use weights heavy enough to get the results you want. You will feel it the next day!!!
