  • My cardio today went better then expected. I walk a lap at 3.8 and run a lap at 7.5 and usually get winded at the end of the run lap. Not the case today, each lap was smooth and no gasping for air after each lap. The bounce back was shorter also heart rate back to 140 after just half a lap of walking after the run lap.

  • I really want to use FitClick to track my calories and exercise but post what I eat takes forever and I can't use my favorites any more it just keeps saying its loading. Is there something I'm doing wrong? It seems so much slower than it used to and I now have high speed internet. I don't get it? Please help!
