  • Today I went to the gym and was on the elliptical for 15 min. It may not sound like much but for me that's a lot! So far my calories are around 800. So far so good. Lunch is a few less calories than breakfast was and dinner will be. Saturdays are my cheat day. Mostly because every Saturday we have a bunch of friends come over to game. It's easier to get pizza than to cook for 10+ people...
