  • Divide your weight in half, so if you weigh 200 you need about 100-120 grams of protein a day. Even inactive people NEED to have this amount. So I try to have about 33 grams at each meal, or so...some days I do fall short.

    Be careful of processed turkey/ham/coldcuts...they are mostly "excruded" (parts of the animal that are inedible all condensed down to form the meat-then sliced) it ...
