Yard work consists of pushing an electic lawn mover, moving 90 minutes a day/ ca 1/3 of an acre at a heart rate around of 160.

yard work also includes weed wacking , sweeping a big drive way and watering numerous plants, moving and sewing fire wood.

walking routines, almost daily, walking large dog, for ca one hour, distance ca 4 miles, dog pulls, some times I push a wheel chair too.

cardio and strenght training includes vaccuming and cleaning a small house.
