From the creator: Let's get up and start the New Year right! So many people make resolutions to lose weight but lose the motivation. With more of us here in one place we can do this together! I encourage following a healthy diet plan (so many to choose from on this site! Find one that works for you :) ) and implementing some kind of fitness regimen. I am aiming for a minimum of 30 minutes of activity (that I wouldn't otherwise do) at least 5 days a week. It can be anything, walking, running, a workout DVD... your choice. Whatever fits your lifestyle and preferences! This is all about making healthier choices and aiming for change with the support of other people that have the same goal. Let's do this!
