From the creator: We are working on our breakfast & Juicing recipes for you all. Next week we will start on Lunch, Dinner & Snack options. All of these recipes will be listed so that you can choose those that best fit your daily life. We will be posting everything up on December 31st, one week prior to our start date so that you can shop and prepare. We would like to know if you will be working out at home or if you are a member of a health club so that we can give you your daily workout schedules. If you will be working out at home, you will need: 1. Free weight barbells (Make sure you start off light if you are a beginner, 2 to 5 lbs then gradually increase/or resistance bands (start off with less resistance if you are a beginner). 2. Floor mat or yoga mat for floor exercises 3. Light weight pair of tennis shoes that bend easily 4. Water bottle We will always do at least 10-15 minutes of stretching & at least 30 minutes of your choice Cardio workout to get our heart rates up. You may go longer if you choose, but we want to also work different muscle groups daily. We are suggesting 1-2 days of rest. 3 days of working out then 1 day of rest in rotation. We do suggest that you stretch daily. You will only be allowed to drink water and juicing or smoothie recipes that we give you. No simple sugars will be allowed. Please go to your local Whole Foods store or the health food department of our neighborhood store to get a sugar alternative such as, "Stevia," to use as a sugar substitute.
