  • I've recently lost over 40 lbs thru diet & excercise but I now seem to be at a stand still. Still want to lose approximately 15 lbs. but no matter how much I seem to be trying it is not coming off. I do have a thyroid conditions but I had it checked & my levels are ok. Any suggestions?
