    I have been doing the fruits and vegetables and water and protein. It helps me to have fruits for snacks and have vegetables in my lunch and supper. I have a sandwich every day. (tuna, fat free turkey, salmon) with lettece tomatoes etc..) suppers I have fish,chicken, steak etc. and a salad.) It is working for me. I have lost 7lbs in 7 days!!
