Well, I am back at it again.  Realizing that at minimum I HAVE to get to a healthy weight.  I am slowly, but surely drifting into the pre-diabetic world I don't want to go there.  So I must get a handle on things.  Since I am not in such an emotional career any longer, there is not as much emotional eating involved.  Now, I am not eating when I should and almost skipping meals at times, which is causing my body to hold on to food. . .and the fat.

Getting the Hang of it. . . I think

Well,

Yesterday I went and brought some more healthy snacks for home (the other day was for work).  Today, I planned my lunch. . and it is sooooo healthy!! I packed: green salad, carrots, 2 ham and cheese rolls.  I also planned my snack times for 10:30am and 3:30pm.

Pretty Good So Far. . .

Well,

So far I have been pretty good today! I ate a fiberone bar for breakfast, walked on my break and ate a salad for lunch, and just ate wheat thins and a string cheese for my afternoon snack!!

I'm stressing out a little so I am trying to resist the urge to snack a little more. . . so my plan is to hold off on snacking as long as possible, but if I must. . ONLY eat the sugar free/no cal jello in the fridge!! I think I can, I think I can, I think I can! lol

Minor Set Back

Well. . .I've been doing pretty good tracking my meals and paying close attention to my carb and calorie intake.  HOWEVER. . .today, I was weak. .didn't feel like cooking, so the fam and I went to Zaxby's.  I did try to hold back, but I couldn't resist those terriyaki wings(in light sauce) and seasoned fries!! It was good, but I'm thinking I can't eat anything for the rest of the night in order to balance out.  Shoot, I should go walking or something.

So I gave birth to my second daughter April 28, 2010.  I opted to breast feed so I lost A LOT of weight. . I mean it just melted away the pounds! I was sooo motivated to keep it off because I LOVED the way I felt and how my clothes fit, etc. . .here I am 2 years 2 days later. . have gained back mostly all of the weight, and trying to get re-motivated to loose the weight on my own. . .breast feeding is llooooonng gone, lol.
