Trained and Completed my first 1/2 marathon...still after all that running, averaging 25 miles a week of training for about 3 months. I have lost 1 pound. Stuck is only a single word of my frustration.
I am not hoping to drop to a size 3 and run around like I am 16 in tiny little things that my kids wear. I just want to be out of the double digits. Not ha...

Here I am, 2nd day on the site. It is helpful so far but really hope it helps with this last 17 pounds. I have been weight training, done cardio, boot camp classes and this is what I have left to change, my diet! It is hard when I feel I am constantly on the go.
