Out of touch, but not out of mind

Well, I haven't been able to check in for various reasons.  I have yet to learn to twitter, but that would be nice to track food during the day without having to get to a computer.  Has anyone done this?  How does it work.

I was in classes this weekend.  Spent time with my precious granddaughter and then drove down to classes on Saturday.  Got back to my house late on Saturday night.  Sunday was spent preparing our house for several groups of peo...

Does anyone Know this answer?

Is there anyway on FitClick to see your cumulative progress on Calories for a week which includes your work out and food log?  I am manually adding up calories weekly and then subtracting my workouts. 
I guess it isn't that important, but it is a curiousity for me.  I never realized how much the devil is in the details...so many wasted calories...

Day 6

This is the first time I have made it this many consecutive days on any type of eating plan.  Iusually cannot make a day, but if I do, then I celebrate and fall off the wagon.  I am scared to get too excited.  If I do, then I disappoint myself.  I have spent the last decade hoping to been smaller by summer and now I almost don't dare to think about it.

I just put all my food in the food diary from my day trip driving 2 hours each way.  I was pleased I had stayed away from the food table and resisted all the goodies such as chips, dip pecan tarts etc.  Had soup and salad for lunch, and then  about 3:30 when I started having a sinking spell, I thought I made a good choice in eating the red grapes (50, I tried to stop, first at 10, then 20, then 30 etc.) and 1/4 wheat bagle.

I have been meaning to get serious about my weight ever since January 1 of 2010.  Well, here we are almost through February and I hadn't been able to really get serious.  I would have times when I would do my exercising and not eat right, then eat right but not exercise, but recently, it has been not eating right AND not excercising. 

Never in a million years would I have thought I would have allowed myself to get this big and flabby.  I am hope...
