What do you do?

Use the diet tracker to log EVERYTHING you put into your mouth. At the end of the day the report will probably surprise you. Then deliberately start to make healthy realistic changes that you are willing to be permanent. Do the same with your exercise. Start with a plan that you can stick with and let it grow slowly as you change your habits. It isn't a pill or a quick fix. It is changing ourselves one step at a time. I started nine months ago with little changes. Every time I establish a new habit I try to add another change. So far I have lost 75 lbs. I still have 40 to go but I will get there slowly but surely!
