About a week ago my arm pits started to sting & burn and I discovered they were raw, bruised redish brown, and peeling.
I've been covering them with baby powder with corn starch and have had to switch to a hypoallergenic deoderant... $8.99 for 1.6 oz... good grief!
Its been super hard to drag myself to the gym -haven't gone much - not wanting to sweat & cause additional stinging and sensativity.

So today, day one, and the 16320th day of my life, I've opened this account and hope to have found the Holy Grail of health... the tool I need to succeed. Besides the obvious goal of weight loss, I will also strive here & in real life to not ever use the words:
Diet, Never, Fail, Fat
These words have been my enemy, my kryptonite, and they must be replaced by better words like:
Healthy, Try, Learn, Lean
