Its March 25th I have been on my diet for 2 weeks now. The first week of this diet was very hard. Coming Down off the carb and sugar withdrawl was very hard. I was so hungry and cranky. The second week is getting a bit easier, I find cooking for my kids hard their food smell so good but i will not cheat... I am down 15 lbs that is very exciting. I have found that looking for some good reciepes is fun and keeps me motivated.. well thats all for now.
