Weight loss for me is a long and hard journey. I have tried for many years and not been very successful. I would lose weight and inches and then I would turn around and gain it back plus some. I have a love hate relationship with food. I love it but hate the way it makes me feel when I am finished eating. I know I have to eat and so I do. I am not in any hurry to get sick by not eating. However I am having a hard time eating the correct amount of nutrients. I either eat way too much food or I don't eat enough. This is a long hard journey that I am determined to finish this time.

A New Year has begun and with it I have decided that I would like to have a new me. One my kids can be proud of. I have begun to work out daily and as of today I am going to start counting my calories.
