Hello, I am so confused. I am consuming 1250-1350 calories a day and burning about 400. My net calories are always in the negative numbers. I have heard that is not good but if I try to eat more than 1350 it goes red, which I assume is not good either. Please, someone help. I am 5 feet 3 and want to lose about 2 pounds a week.
