I have officially made it to day 3.
A little background about myself; I am a stay at home mom of 4, ages 11, 10, 6, and 5. The five year old doesn't start kindergartern until the fall so I cart her to preschool 3 days a week. Both my parents struggle with their weight as have I most of my life. I was overweight when I met my husband (a size 14) 14 years ago but was comfortable and healthy. So day 1 went by okay. Skipping an afternoon snack and having a late supper made for some poor choices. I made tacos because it's fast and we needed to have supper and get the kiddos off to bed. Probably one taco would have been okay but the second helping put my fat and protien way over my daily goal. Still, I stayed close to my daily calorie goal so overall very pleased with the start.

I finally bit the bullet. After 6+ month of subscribing to, but not using, WW etools I have decided to try a different route. No more cheating the system by increasing fiber to decrease POINTS values. Calories will be calories and I just need to cut mine back! More fruits and vegetables, less chips and ice cream. This time my goal is to find a lifestyle and eating habits that I can live with. To pay more attention to what I put into my body and to work exercise into my day.
