Last week I was at 288.4 and ended the week at 283.4. This week I started at 286 Its the weekend that kill me . Today is thursday and now am at 283.8 thats pretty good. I just need to stay motivatied and keep to my portion intake under control. I'm now running for 2 min every 10 min on the treadmill with is not bad, on the bike for 5min and weight lifting for my arms. I hope to be out of the 280's buy the beg...
