Well.... I did it. I did a weight lifting workout.
I've been fighting it for some unconcious reason, although years ago I lifted almost 5 days a week. (different muscle groups on alternating days.. of course)
What threw the switch for me , was my workout yesterday. I did one hour on the eliptical machine with the incline ramped all the way up.... resistance way up ... and running on the thing..... nothing on the heart rate.... I couldn't get...
