Still going down

Weighed in today. Down to 216.3. Still going down but very slow. I am not into a workout routine and need to get into one again. Was hoping for a bigger loss this week but I guess if you don't workout it is not going to happen. I need to push myself into starting my WII Fit Active again and get on my treadmill. Have to tighten up this loose skin and build some muscle. Looking a little flabby which is not a good look. Lift my arms and I have wings. LOL Not what I like to see. I am finding it har...

Has been awhile since I posted, but life has been a little hectic over the holidays and house renovations. I am proud to report that the holidays did no damage at all to my weight loss. I thought I had gained at least 10 pounds but was pleased to find out I had actually lost 2 pounds over the holidays. I now weigh in at 217.5 lbs. A 62.5 pound weight loss since August. It is really nice to be able to go shopping and buy 4 sizes smaller than what I used to wear. I have had to buy belts to hold ...

I have been diligent in my regiment and have now reached 246 pounds. (34lb. Loss) Clothes are not fitting at all anymore, belt is on the last notch. Tops you can get a way with wearing baggy but pants are harder. Glad I work in a second hand store. Been taking clothes down and bringing new ones home. Only cost a few dollars. Last batch including new winter coat was only 8 dollars. Only thing I can't really get are jeans. Up to 65 minutes on my treadmill now and doing Wii EA Active. Every sec...

Looking Good

Weighed in this morning and was very pleased. 1 am down 28.5 pounds. It is really satisfying to see results. Now if I could only get rid of this belly a little faster it would be nice. But I guess it all takes time. I have to be patient and persistent and keep doing what I'm doing. At this rate I may be looking at getting smaller clothes soon. Can notice a difference on a few of them already. Did EA Active again today, tomorrow is rest day again so will do my treadmill again. Nice to have the pr...

Went shopping today and finally bought the proper band to workout with on the Wii fit EA Active. I have the tube which is very difficult to do arm extensions with. Did not realize how expensive these things are till you have to buy one. Did come with the leg band to place the nunchuk in tho. Today was rest day from the Wii so did my 50 minutes on the treadmill. Was aiming for longer but with all this water we have to drink I had to pee really bad so called it quits. Was a good workout, was very...

My daughter gave me my own EA Active so for the last 2 days I have been doing the program at home. Wow talk about tough. Lots of sweating and huffing and puffing. Have managed to complete each workout though on the 30 day program. My hardest one is the running. I am not built to run at this moment. Really hard on my feet, they ache afterwards. Hoping the lighter get the easier it will be. Today is rest day so will do my 50 minutes on the treadmill. After the EA Active 26 minute workout I have i...

Well again went to my daughters and got my butt kicked in EA Active. Intense workout. Entailed a lot of running, not so good at running on the spot. Can already feel it on my abs and shoulders and arms. Did discover though that I do need to wear my shoes when doing this. Very hard on the ankles and feet doing it in bare feet. She gave me EA Active 1 to take home and do everyday now, so hoping for more results. So far 25 pounds since the 1st of August, hard work but should pay off in the end. Ca...

Well I was talking to my daughter this morning and she talked me into coming over and doing EA Active with her. Well I have never done anything like this before and game for anything that may work a few pounds off. Let me tell you I was not expecting what was coming. We did a medium level of cardio and strength training workout. I thought I was going to die. Skipping, lunges, squats, track course and so on. My legs were like rubber, my feet hurt and I had a hard time breathing. Water rolling dow...

Started on August 1st on my Get Fit regiment. Started to eat more healthy, salads, veggies and fruit and no fried or deep fried foods. Also got back on my treadmill after taking a year break from it. The best part of all was I even took a 3 week holiday and managed to stay on track. No treadmill but still did my walking each day, except when it rained all day. The nice part of where I went is that it was not flat ground to walk on, there were lots of major hills to walk up. On a treadmill it wou...
