I bought the Insanity Workout program and I am going to start it tomorrow. Not sure about the meal plan part but I will try it for a bit. Wish me well. Another person I know is at the end of her first week doing it and she says the only thing she doesn't like is hurting all the time. Im use to that. Hope it works.

Looking forward to going for a walk/run tonight in the cool weather before any rain comes. It seems to be the perfect time for me since most of the day is sitting at a desk.

Ok today is disappointing....Just been one of those days. Dont feel like doing this all over again but wioll because that is how we are doing it. Got to stay motivated with all of the changes....again. Hope I can!

Ok...As I was putting in my daily foods, I noticed where a lot of my problem is. I intake more carbs and very little protein. Im gonna have to change this around and do the opposite for each in order to lose weight! Anyone got any ideas to help me with this problem? I already use protein bars that I have tried in the past. Started back on drinking my water today also. So I know that will also help in losing the weight.

Well, last night I ate before I left work because I knew it would be late before I got home and I didn't want to eat that late. So of course, I was hungry again by the time I got home.....I wanted cookies....but instead I ate some carrots. It what they call empty calories. I love it. It is a filler food where I can eat all I want and not gain from it and it still fills me up.
I am looking forward to the weigh in on Monday to see just how much I have lost for the first week.

Well, here I am again trying to lose weight. I've been able to do it before but as we all know, life gets in the way and we end up putting more on than we end up taking off. As the years have come and gone, I have gone from being tiny...and I mean tiny (105 lbs) (but now that part seems like a dream and I am) to NO where close to that weight. I would like to get back down at least to where I feel better about myself and and comfortable in what I fit into.

so far it hasn't been bad. I lost a lot since I first started. Yesterday ws another two pounds and today was only one. I think I am at the 1 to 3 pounds per week mark now. I hope it keeps coming off and I make it to the planned goal of 135 lbs.

Started to eat right last week but only started to track it all today. I weighted in and found that i had already began to lose the weight and I really haven't done anything special but eat right and drink more water. How long will that last?
