long time no blog between working two jobs and family friends whew its tough...i weighed myself lost 7 lbs only 4 more and im below the 200lb mark im so excited maybe it is possible for me to lose 50lbs before july..i started doing the jillian micheals 30 day shred here at home wow does she kick my butt my legs hurt so bad but i figured i would do it every other day and see how it works out for me its only 20 min a day..i havenet had pop or fast food in 15 days! it feels great all i crave ...

well im 8days in and i am MOTIVATED havent blogged in a bit been busy with the boyfriend moving etc i am bound and determined to lose weight i figured i will give myself until nxt sun to weigh in that way if i havent really moved i will maybe see a bit of a bigger diffrence it amazes me how much better i feel with no caffiene in my diet its amazing! ihope all of you are pushing forward as well and have a great monday as i am on my way to the grocery store to buy stuff to make low carb chicken fa...

well today is day two of my diet i know i know not that far in but just not having pop is a challenge within itself..its so tempting i manage a fast food resturant and i have acess to all the free pop i want...tough! well i did lose about 115 lbs two yrs ago and then things fell apart with my ex fiance and i left him for the better i might add i have no regrets my life is SO much better without him in it...and i gained it ALL back and pry about ten more lbs ....i have a very active lifestyl...

well today is march 1st and im pretty proud of myself i work 3rd shift and its rough dieting but amazing and first strong day dranks tons of water which eekkkk i despise no more pop or sweets right now but i know it will get easier but will be rough the first few weeks my body will need to adjust i have a few workout dvds so we will see how this goes any tips ?
