here i go again started trying to lose weight march 1 started out ok but keep going back to the same old food and same old habits, letting the pressure of work and home get to me . exercise is no problem for me i have always exercised but can't seem to lose the weight don't see no real progress, need to do something different this time quit letting stress rule my life.
