I'm training for the cooper river bridge run/walk..In reality more walking than running. I did this in 2007 .. I wasn't prepared at all....I went with a group of friends,, they are much older than me..>> my logic was if they can do it . why not me...well my so called senior group of friends walk everyday....so that didn't experience the out-of- body crazy pain that I did after the walk....
