Got on the scale yesterday.....3 lb gain. What the heck happened. My assumptions include water gain, muscle gain, or some little gremlin is sneaking into my room at night and force feeding me. My only "cheat" were some toasted sesame sticks from Henry's that I had instead of my cottage cheese. My formula says I should be dropping a pound a week. This is incredibly frustrating.
