So I learned a big lesson this week about pizza and wings! I had a really good day eating healthy so when we ordered pizza and wings for dinner I thought it would be ok to just have a few wings and a slice or two of pizza. Well each day seems to be getting a bit better than the last. Its 4:30 and I am still way down in carbs, yay!, and eating a lot more lean proteins. Well I took my first successful trip to the grocery store since I have started dieting. All fresh veggies, greens, fat free feta, egg beaters for veggie omelets, I dont believe it but I kept on the entire outside of the store and didnt go down an "inside aisle" once!
