I have been starting and stopping over and over again. This time I am determined to see it through! I want to fit all those clothes hanging in my closet that haven'tr fit in a few years. I'm turning 30 in just a couple months. I just have this feeling that if I don't do it now, I just never will. Then I will follow in the footsteps of all the females in my family and start to packing on weight big time. I want to break that mold! I want my children to see that doesn't have to be their futu...
